We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in retail operations or merchandising and have a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities include:
• Creating displays to promote products
• Ensuring shelves are stocked with the right products
• Interacting with customers to understand their needs and offer helpful advice
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Assisting customers in locating items they are looking for
• Restocking shelves when necessary
• Maintaining store appearance by organizing shelves, cleaning displays, removing damaged goods etc.
• Developing promotional materials (e.g. flyers, coupons) to increase sales
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail operations
• Knowledge of marketing techniques as well as customer service principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
