Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu development, food preparation, inventory control, personnel management and sanitation standards
• Ensure that all recipes are prepared correctly and according to standards set by the restaurant
• Develop menus that are creative and innovative while staying within budget constraints
• Monitor food costs while ensuring quality control measures are met
• Train kitchen staff in proper techniques and procedures as well as safety regulations
• Supervise daily operations including scheduling and assigning tasks to kitchen staff members

Job Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar position in the hospitality industry preferred
• Ability to remain organized while multitasking efficiently under pressure
• Excellent knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation techniques, nutrition principles, recipe development and baking techniques
