Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, experienced Chef to join our culinary team in Ajman. The successful candidate will have a salary of 1500 and will be responsible for developing new recipes, managing the kitchen operations, and ensuring that all safety and hygiene procedures are followed. Requirements for the Candidate

• A culinary degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of professional cooking experience
• Creative and passionate about food
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene protocols
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities

• Developing creative dishes with high-quality ingredients following health standards
• Preparing meals according to menu specifications
• Supervising kitchen staff and overseeing their tasks
• Maintaining equipment and supplies in the kitchen
• Ensuring that all food is prepared according to established safety standards
• Monitoring food stock levels and ordering more when necessary
• Performing regular quality checks and adjusting recipes if needed
