As a Light Driver, the applicant will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, goods or services from one place to another as instructed by their supervisor. They will plan routes according to instructions and ensure timely arrival at destinations. The applicant will conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and should report any mechanical issues immediately. The Light Driver is also responsible for loading and unloading cargo in accordance with legal requirements, taking care not to damage items during transport.

The successful applicant should demonstrate excellent driving skills with the ability to navigate different types of roads and terrain safely and accurately. They should have good knowledge of the local area as well as basic automotive maintenance skills such as oil changing or tire rotation.
