Job Title: Supervisor

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence, be able to motivate and lead a team, take the initiative and have excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance of staff members and provide feedback on their performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that stock is available when needed.
• Ensure that safety regulations are adhered to in the workplace.
• Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in processes and procedures.
• Prepare reports on operational activities as required by management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an organization is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high pressure situations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet customer demands.
