Job Requirements:
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy office environment
β’ Strong attention to detail
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
β’ Greet visitors warmly upon arrival and direct them appropriately
β’ Answer phone calls in a professional manner and route calls to the correct person or department
β’ Manage the calendar for the office staff members, including setting up appointments and meetings
β’ Schedule travel arrangements for employees as needed
β’ Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets etc. as requested by management
β’ Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders; verifying receipt of supplies
β’ Provide general administrative support such as filing documents, transcribing audio files etc.
