We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary of 1700. We welcome foreign applicants for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising our staff and providing guidance and support on day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing process improvements to optimize operational efficiency
• Ensuring staff compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitoring performance of direct reports and providing feedback as necessary
• Tracking attendance and managing leave requests
• Responding to employee queries and resolving conflicts as needed
• Scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress
• Reviewing reports, analyzing data, and preparing regular summaries for management
• Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a Supervisor role
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
