We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of employees in order to ensure they are delivering an excellent service.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory role with a background in customer service. They must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and motivate employees. A strong understanding of UAE regulations and industry standards is essential, as is the ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise the activities of staff to ensure customer service excellence
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints and requests
• Develop strategies for improving customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Train new staff members on job roles, responsibilities and company policies
• Develop strategies for improving efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role
• Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of UAE regulations and industry standards
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
