Job Title: HR Manager

Salary: 1200
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and administering human resource policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and providing advice and guidance on a range of HR matters. This role is open to both local and foreign candidates with at least three years of experience in HR.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring that the best candidates are hired in a timely manner
• Manage employee relations issues and provide advice on disciplinary matters
• Monitor employee attendance and performance levels
• Create job descriptions, conduct job evaluations, and develop compensation plans
• Design training programs for new hires as well as existing employees
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and policies

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is required
• Knowledge of applicable labor laws is essential
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
