Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. This includes recruitment, employee performance management, benefits administration, payroll administration, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills and have a passion for developing and motivating employees. We also require a commitment to high standards of customer service and a confident approach to dealing with people. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that are consistent with the company’s goals and objectives
• Conducting recruitment campaigns to find the best candidates for vacant positions
• Monitoring employee performance through appraisals and disciplinary action where necessary
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws related to human resources activities
• Advising management on best practices in areas such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, career development, labor relations, health & safety etc.
• Negotiating collective agreements with union representatives when necessary
• Establishing effective working relationships with all employees
• Developing strategies to promote workplace health & safety initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least one year of experience in an HR Manager role
• Knowledge of UAE labor law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
