Restaurant Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting the brand.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. The successful individual should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Previous experience in the hospitality industry would be an advantage. A good command of English is essential.

Responsibilities:
-Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
-Ensure that customer service is always at a high standard
-Provide leadership and guidance to the staff
-Develop new strategies to increase sales
-Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
-Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently
-Handle staffing issues such as recruitment, training, scheduling, etc.

Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
-Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong problem solving & decision making skills
-Flexible and able to work under pressure

Salary: 1100 AED/Monthly (Negotiable)
