We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1800 AED. We are open to considering immigrant applicants for this role.

Job Description:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish. You will identify and source potential candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates according to their qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment strategies and identify potential candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media networks, job fairs, etc.
• Review applications and CVs of potential candidates; conduct phone screens to qualify candidates against position requirements
• Participate in interviews with hiring managers as needed; provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Negotiate job offers with selected candidates; ensure that all paperwork is completed according to company policies
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire; provide reports on recruiting activities as requested
• Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other software programs; respond promptly to inquiries from internal staff or applicants
• Support other HR activities such as onboarding new hires or creating engagement surveys

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE or other GCC countries is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices; ability to use innovative sourcing techniques
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; ability to build relationships with stakeholders
