Sales Manager Vacancy (Abu-Dhabi)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and meeting revenue targets. You will be in charge of creating and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and developing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage key accounts by building relationships with customers
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
• Monitor customer feedback and create action plans to address issues
• Track sales performance metrics on a regular basis
• Prepare reports on sales results for upper management review
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred • Proven track record of achieving sales targets • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
