We are seeking an experienced and capable Supervisor to join our growing team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate for this role will be a problem solver with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring employee performance, and assisting in the development of policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be expected to help with recruiting new personnel when needed.

We are looking for someone who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, strong organizational skills, and an eye for detail. A high degree of computer literacy is also essential for this role as you will need to maintain accurate records of staff attendance and performance.
