Position Title: Pediatrician

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pediatrician to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to providing quality medical care to children of all ages.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, order and interpret laboratory tests, prescribe medications, counsel patients and families on preventive health care, update immunizations records, and monitor the growth and development of children
• Determine the diagnosis of illnesses, injuries or other health-related conditions in pediatric patients
• Make referrals to appropriate specialists when needed
• Monitor patient progress by reviewing laboratory results and other medical information such as X-rays and MRI reports
• Educate patients and their families about health promotion, disease prevention, treatment options and strategies for healthy living
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with medical record regulations
• Develop treatment plans according to patients’ individual needs

Requirements:
• MD/DO degree from an accredited school of medicine (licensed by Kuwait Medical Council)
• At least 3 years’ experience practicing as a Pediatrician in a clinical setting
• Proven track record of providing high quality care to pediatric patients
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with young children from diverse backgrounds • Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds
