Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1000 KWD (Negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and proven experience in managing projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the whole construction process, from the initial planning stages through to completion. They will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Developing construction plans, including timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Ensuring safety regulations are followed during the construction process
- Overseeing the selection of materials and subcontractors
- Estimating material costs and developing schedules for project completion
- Monitoring progress of work against approved plans and budgets
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to ensure quality control measures are followed

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of local building codes and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
