We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team based in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding staff, ensuring that the work is completed correctly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong ability to motivate and manage teams. We also require that the individual have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Management or Human Resources. Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is an advantage.

We expect the Supervisor to monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback and ensure compliance with all company policies. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for scheduling shifts, organizing meetings with employees and liaising with other departments.
