Requirements for Candidate
• A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a restaurant
• Proven track record of growing sales and improving customer satisfaction
• Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, including food preparation, budgeting, inventory management, scheduling staff, etc.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers while ensuring their satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills; ability to motivate staff members
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings and weekends
• Completion of secondary school education or equivalent
• Willingness to consider immigrant candidates
• Salary offered: 1300 AED per month
