Job Description:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You will be expected to ensure that all areas of the restaurant adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times. Your duties include but are not limited to; developing menus, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing data on revenues and expenses, setting goals for staff performance, promoting the business through marketing campaigns, maintaining hygiene standards throughout the restaurant premises as well as providing customer service when needed. You will also be responsible for leading staff meetings as well as training new employees.
