Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position will be responsible for the overall culinary direction and management of the kitchen, ensuring food quality and consistency. The Executive Chef will lead a team of chefs and cooks to produce high-quality cuisine that meets customer expectations in an efficient and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent cooking techniques, a creative eye for plating and presentation, and strong leadership abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate the activities in the kitchen to ensure efficient operations.
-Ensure all culinary activities comply with health regulations and safety standards.
-Develop menus that meet customer needs while maximizing profits.
-Create cost estimates for all menu items to help maintain budgeted profit margins.
-Train new chefs, cooks, wait staff, and other kitchen personnel in proper cooking methods, plate presentation techniques, safety procedures, etc.
-Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
-Monitor food preparation methods to ensure that proper procedures are followed.
-Establish portion sizes for dishes served in the kitchen.
-Maintain up to date records of inventory levels of purchased stocks as well as daily receipts from suppliers.

Requirements:
-Experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast paced environment is highly preferred; we are willing to consider immigrants without experience as well. -Knowledge of international cuisines is a plus. -Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. -Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team of chefs and cooks effectively -Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment -Ability to stay calm under pressure
