Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, ensuring the efficient and organized running of the office. The salary will be 1000 per month. We are open to consider applications from immigrants.

Requirements for the Candidate
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Job Responsibilities
• Provide effective administrative support to the management team
• Manage emails, telephone calls, and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Ensure filing systems are maintained and updated
• Prepare reports and presentations as requested by the management team
• Manage database information and maintain electronic filing system
• Assist with travel arrangements (booking flights, hotels etc.)
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies; place and expedite orders; verify receipt of supplies
