Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Doha. You will be responsible for handling cash transactions with customers, providing customer service, and monitoring sales activities. We are offering a competitive salary of 1100 and are open to considering an immigrant applicant.

Responsibilities
• Receive payments from customers in cash, credit/debit cards, checks, vouchers etc.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that the amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding payments or services.
• Balance cash drawers by counting cash at the end of the shift.
• Answer customer questions regarding payment options or services offered.
• Ensure pricing is correct and that all items have been rung up correctly.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly manner at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years’ experience as a Cashier preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle large sums of money accurately and efficiently with minimal errors.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; ability to interact professionally with customers and staff alike.
• Proficient with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure under pressure.
