Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our product inventory and working with suppliers to ensure that we have the product range needed to meet customer demands. You will work closely with other departments such as marketing and sales to develop strategies that drive sales and maximize profits. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage product inventory to ensure adequate supplies of products in store shelves
• Develop promotional campaigns and materials to increase sales
• Work with suppliers and stores to ensure availability of products at all locations
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and improve product selection
• Monitor competitive activity and adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as suppliers, buyers, store managers etc.
• Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and consumer feedback
• Prepare reports on sales performance, profitability, stock levels etc.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a merchandiser or a similar role
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and market dynamics in Qatar
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze data accurately, draw conclusions quickly, and make recommendations accordingly
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
