Surveyor - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a full-time Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is responsible for performing land surveys, measuring land boundaries, and preparing maps and surveys of the area. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and knowledge of surveying equipment and technology.

Job Description:

• Plan, organize and conduct land surveys to measure areas, boundaries, topography, elevations and other features of the land.

• Operate surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GPS receivers, levels and other related equipment to collect data.

• Compile survey notes, records and drawings to prepare legal descriptions of property boundaries for deeds and other documents.

• Evaluate survey results using computer software to create maps or 3D models of the land in question.

• Use AutoCAD programs or other computer applications to create detailed surveying plans from survey data gathered in the field.

• Analyze survey information to determine any property boundary discrepancies or measurement errors.

• Consult with clients regarding project progress as needed.

Demands for Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Land Surveying/Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Surveyor in a professional setting

• Proven track record of accuracy and precision when conducting surveys with both traditional methods & modern technologies (GPS & Total Stations)

• Must have strong knowledge of computers/software (AutoCAD & ArcGIS)

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients/colleagues

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines Benefits:
