Job Description:
Heavy Equipment Operator
Al-Kuwait, 1200 Salary

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, loaders, excavators and graders on construction sites. The Heavy Equipment Operator must have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform pre-operation inspection of equipment before starting job
• Keep records of work completed and material used
• Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed when operating heavy equipment
• Load and unload materials from sites as needed
• Monitor job site activities to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on heavy equipment as needed
• Communicate with other operators, managers, supervisors or foremen when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a professional setting is required
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, technical drawings or sketches
• Knowledge of general safety guidelines related to heavy machinery operation
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to remain focused on the task at hand while working in a fast-paced environment
