Job Summary
We are looking for a Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. This position will offer a salary of 1300 and is open to foreign applicants. We require at least minimal experience in the field.

Responsibilities
• Assist customers in selecting and pairing wines with food
• Make recommendations for wine selections based on customers’ preferences
• Utilize knowledge of wine service techniques to provide exceptional service
• Provide expertise and advice on wines, including vintages, varietals, appellations, regions, types of wines, and food pairings
• Ensure that all wines served meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of desired wines
• Maintain all associated documents related to the wine program, such as purchase orders and invoices
• Follow all safety policies when handling alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or related field preferred but not required
• Excellent knowledge of different types of wines from various regions
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong understanding of Wine Service Techniques • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Previous sommelier or bartending experience preferred but not required
