Mechanical Engineer vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer for a permanent role in Doha. The applicant must have a sound knowledge of the principles of mechanical engineering and have practical experience with a good understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, fabricating, modifying, repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment and systems. They should have the ability to analyse problems, recommend solutions and develop new ideas or products. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using CAD software and have knowledge of relevant codes, standards, regulations and best practices.

This role requires excellent communication skills to work effectively with other departments such as production, purchasing, quality control and maintenance. The role also entails working closely with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules are met. As the successful candidate will be based in Doha we would expect them to be culturally aware.

The salary offered is 1700 QAR per month. We are open to considering applications from foreign nationals but they must possess an appropriate work visa or residency permit before commencement of employment.
