Job Title: Chef

Salary: 1500 KD

We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating delicious dishes that meet the highest standards of quality. You will be required to manage the kitchen and ensure that all staff members are compliant with food safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent cooking skills, creativity and a keen eye for detail. You should also have excellent communication skills, as you will be required to communicate with team members and customers. We expect minimal work experience, however, prior experience in a similar role will be advantageous.

Your key duties and responsibilities include:
• Creating menus based on seasonal availability of ingredients
• Preparing dishes using fresh ingredients
• Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed
• Supervising kitchen staff to ensure performance is maintained at a high level
• Ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times
• Liaising with suppliers to source fresh ingredients
• Developing relationships with customers and addressing their feedback
