Job Responsibilities:
The Teacher is responsible for developing creative lesson plans that will engage students and help them achieve their learning goals. The Teacher must ensure that all students understand the lesson material presented in the classroom. Additionally, they must evaluate student performance to ensure that they are meeting learning objectives and provide feedback to students on how to improve their performance if needed. The Teacher also needs to be willing to collaborate with other teachers in order to create a supportive learning environment for all students.

Qualification Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of teaching experience in a similar setting. A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is preferred but not required. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written, along with strong organizational skills. Additionally, experience working with diverse populations is an advantage but not necessary.
