Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a vibrant and friendly environment with competitive salary of 1500 AED per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants.

Needs for the Candidate

The ideal candidate should have experience working as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting. They should be able to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and take pride in their work. They must also be able to multitask, handle stress and work independently or as part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, macchiatos and other espresso based beverages according to company recipe standards
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, beverage equipment, utensils, kitchen tools etc.
- Receive payment from customers
- Follow food safety procedures when preparing beverages
- Perform opening/closing duties such as cleaning tasks etc. before/after shift

Requirements:

- At least one year of experience as Barista in an established café or restaurant setting
- Ability to use manual espresso machine and make all types of coffee drinks according to company recipe standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to stand for long hours
