Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival and take their orders
• Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently and courteously
• Ensure that all orders are accurately prepared according to customer specifications
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times
• Ensure that all customer complaints are promptly addressed

Desired Skills & Experience: • Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to handle customer complaints diplomatically • A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
