Land surveyor vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced and professional Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, as well as the ability to plan and execute complex projects.

Responsibilities:
• Develop survey plans, conduct field surveys, compile data, and analyze survey information.
• Carry out detailed land topographical surveys using modern equipment such as GPS devices, total stations, theodolites and digital levels.
• Verify existing land features such as boundaries and easements.
• Conduct research in public records such as deeds, plats and other documents to provide accurate survey information.
• Prepare sketches, maps or reports for legal or engineering purposes.
• Ensure accuracy of results by double-checking calculations, measurements and other results before submission.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in surveying projects
• Excellent knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
• Good working knowledge with AutoCAD software
• Proficient with various surveying instruments such as GPS devices, total stations etc.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written

The salary offered is 1200 AED per month with potential for growth based on performance. We are also ready to consider immigrant applicants for this position.
