The ideal candidate should possess the ability to plan, organize, and direct a variety of pastry operations. We are willing to consider applicants with no prior experience in the field. The main requirements for the position are: excellent knowledge of pastry recipes; creative approach to creating new dishes; strong communication skills; and attention to detail.

As a pastry chef, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of desserts, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods in accordance with established recipes. You will need to manage your time efficiently and ensure that all items meet the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will also need to oversee the operations of your team including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback as needed.
