The ideal candidate should have a passion for the hospitality industry and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. The Bartender must be familiar with the latest drinks, cocktails and techniques, as well as having an excellent knowledge of local beverages. They should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The Bartender's duties include preparing drinks, stocking supplies and ensuring that all areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. They should also provide recommendations regarding food pairings for customers when needed, ensure that all orders are filled as requested, and provide excellent customer service throughout the shift. Additionally, they will be required to follow all safety guidelines set by the employer.
