Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a managerial role.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate should have experience managing teams, as well as excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. They should also have strong people skills and be able to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage team of employees to ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule and to the highest standard
• Monitor team performance, providing guidance and feedback as needed
• Develop strategies to improve customer service, operational efficiency, and quality assurance
• Maintain records of employee performance
• Resolve conflicts between employees or customers
• Implement policies and procedures established by senior management
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and legal requirements

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar managerial role
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with customers or team members
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1700 AED per month (negotiable based on experience)
