Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 1400 AED/Month

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resources Manager for our Abu-Dhabi office who can provide effective leadership and ensure the efficient operation of the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. We are willing to consider foreign candidates.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Overseeing onboarding of new hires
• Developing internal communication strategies, policies, and procedures
• Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
• Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as HR manager or other pertinent HR experience
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) • Hands on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
