We are looking for an experienced and reliable Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect staff, visitors, customers, property, assets, etc.
• Monitor security operations on a daily basis to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Supervise the activities of security personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Investigate incidents or complaints related to security issues.
• Liaise with local law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
• Provide advice or assistance on security-related matters when needed.
• Identify areas of improvement in existing security systems or processes.
• Maintain records of all security-related incidents or activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to security management is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate personnel is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential for this role.
