Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. We are willing to consider foreign candidates with at least 3 years of experience in recruiting.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter must also be proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Source suitable candidates through various channels such as job postings, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet the required criteria
• Conduct initial phone interviews with potential applicants to assess their suitability for the position
• Schedule face-to-face interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Develop job descriptions according to the company's requirements
• Maintain recruitment databases and records of applicants
• Establish relationships with recruitment agencies when needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other related field
• At least three years of experience in recruiting or similar role
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential
• Proven experience using recruitment software and/or social media platforms such as LinkedIn is preferred

Salary: 1500 AED per month
