Housekeeping Manager - Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 1000 AED per month

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise the daily operations of housekeeping staff within the hotel, including scheduling duties, assigning tasks, providing guidance and feedback
• Ensure that all rooms are clean, safe and comfortable for guests at all times according to established standards.
• Assist in training new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, customer service skills, and safety protocols.
• Monitor linen levels throughout the hotel and order additional supplies when necessary.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hospitality setting. • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, standards of housekeeping services etc. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed. • Must be willing to consider foreigners for this position
