Librarian - Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced Librarian to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a library setting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about books and knowledge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the library, including cataloging, organizing, and maintaining materials. They will also manage the circulation desk and provide assistance to patrons with their book selections, research questions and other needs. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing library programs such as book clubs, special events and workshops to encourage reading among patrons.

A Bachelor's degree in Library Science is preferred but not required for this position.
