Job Posting: Supervisor – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to motivate a team. We are offering a competitive salary of 1600, and we welcome applications from immigrants.

Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of up to 20 people
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Develop strategies to increase productivity and efficiency
• Ensure all procedures are adhered to correctly and in a timely manner
• Manage employee schedules and time off requests
• Address customer complaints in an effective manner.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred)
• Experience in the hospitality or retail industry is an asset.
