Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization and ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. You will ensure that deadlines are met and budgets are kept in line while staying up to date on industry trends and regulations.

Job Duties
• Monitor the performance of employees and provide feedback as needed
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts
• Oversee the recruitment process, from interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Foster a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration and team building activities
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and recorded properly
• Create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of labor laws
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary/Benefits:
This position offers a starting salary of 1000 KD per month plus additional benefits such as paid vacation time, health insurance, etc.
