Travel Agent job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel and a keen eye for detail, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:
- Advising customers on suitable destinations and travel options according to their budget and preferences.
- Booking flights, accommodation, insurance and tickets for customers.
- Keeping up to date with the latest travel trends and offering advice on new destinations.
- Ensuring all travel documents are in order, such as visas and permits.
- Making sure payments are received and customers receive confirmation of their bookings.
- Handling customer complaints in an efficient manner.
- Producing detailed itineraries for each customer's trip.

The successful applicant will have at least two years of experience working in a related role, a good knowledge of current travel trends, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients quickly and effectively. This is a full time role with a salary of 1200 per month, which may be negotiable depending on experience. We are open to considering foreigners for this position too.
