Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1700 KD (KUWAITI DINAR)

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates for vacant positions within the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Screen resumes and interview applicants to evaluate qualifications against job requirements
• Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job postings, referrals, and networking events
• Track and update personnel records on recruitment database
• Act as a liaison between potential employees and hiring managers during the interview process
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws related to employment and recruiting
• Maintain a good knowledge of the labor market and current trends in recruitment
• Remain up-to-date on organizational policies related to recruitment and hiring.


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as a Recruiter (minimum 1 year)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of local labor laws & regulations is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
