Business Manager Position in Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the business operations and management field. The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the business and ensure that all financial, operational and human resources objectives are met.

The primary needs for this position include:
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff while driving results and promoting a positive work environment
-Excellent organizational skills with experience in developing efficient system processes and procedures
-Thorough understanding of financial principles and practices as well as budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profit/loss analysis, etc.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and other related software programs
-Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information
-Must have strong communication skills both written & verbal in English
-Fluency in Arabic is beneficial but not required
-Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines with a high attention to detail

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 1200.
