Position: Executive Chef

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1300 QAR per month

We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in creating innovative cuisine and managing a large kitchen team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the culinary team in creating quality menus, developing recipes, and overseeing food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities:
• Develop creative menu items that appeal to customers
• Establish standards for personnel performance and sanitation procedures
• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing techniques to ensure quality standards
• Supervise and train kitchen staff in the proper methods of food preparation
• Create cost-effective menus that meet customer expectations while maximizing profits
• Ensure all guests receive superior service by maintaining a professional atmosphere in the kitchen area
• Monitor inventory of food items, supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate levels are maintained.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of culinary trends with a focus on quality control
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and delegate tasks effectively
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and methods along with superior attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
