Psychiatrist – 1700 USD – Doha

Qualifications:
• Must have a MD or equivalent degree in Psychiatry from an accredited university
• Must be licensed to practice Psychiatry in Qatar or eligible for licensure in Qatar
• Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Psychiatrist, preferably in the Middle East region
Job Description & Duties:
• Diagnose mental health conditions using physical examinations, psychological tests, interviews and other diagnostic procedures • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs • Prescribe medications as necessary and monitor patients’ reactions • Provide psychotherapy services such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or counseling • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals such as nurses, social workers and psychologists to ensure comprehensive care for patients • Maintain accurate records detailing patient history, diagnoses, treatments and progress notes
