Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Teacher to join our school in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality and engaging academic instruction to students. The salary offered is 1600 and we are willing to consider a foreigner for this role.

Responsibilities

The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons to students, providing them with appropriate learning activities, materials and resources as needed. Assessing student performance through the use of tests, assignments and other forms of evaluation is a key responsibility of the role. The Teacher must also work closely with colleagues in order to ensure that all students receive the best possible learning experience. Other duties include staying up-to-date with educational developments, managing classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies and developing positive relationships with students, parents/carers and staff members.

Qualifications & Education

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field in order to be considered for this role. Previous teaching experience is also desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills as well as excellent organizational abilities and good judgement. They should also have an understanding of current educational trends, technology tools used in the classroom and the ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs.
