Job Summary:

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and providing our clients with high-quality survey results. This position offers an attractive salary of 1400 SAR per month and is open to candidates with no experience.

Job Responsibilities:
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting field surveys and creating accurate maps of property lines and boundaries. This includes inspecting the land to determine the size and shape of properties, verifying existing boundary markers, measuring angles and distances between points, analyzing terrain features such as rivers and hills, researching local records to determine property boundaries, and ensuring that all measurements are accurate. Additionally, the Land Surveyor will be responsible for preparing reports detailing survey results.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a college degree in surveying or related field; however, we are also willing to consider candidates with no formal education or experience. The successful candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills as well as strong math skills including trigonometry. Excellent communication skills as well as an ability to work independently with minimal supervision are also essential qualities we seek in our ideal candidate.

Expectations:
The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel regularly within Riyadh as required by the job. Additionally, they must be able to work in various outdoor conditions (heat, rain etc.) for extended periods of time if needed. Finally, the Land Surveyor must have the ability to work with accuracy while following safety procedures at all times.
