Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine boundaries of land, establish elevations and other measurements, and preparing related reports. Responsibilities include using mathematical formulas to calculate area size, distance, angles, and other measurements; operating surveying instruments such as levels, transits, theodolites, GPS receivers; analyzing survey data using computer software; researching legal records; ensuring accuracy of survey results; understanding principles of geometry, trigonometry, and physics; preparing maps showing boundaries of land parcels; providing advice on construction projects to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in surveying or a related field. Knowledge of geometry, trigonometry and physics is essential. Ability to operate surveying instruments is required as well as experience working with computer software for data analysis. Candidates must be able to climb hills or stairs if necessary while carrying equipment that weighs up to 25 pounds. Excellent communication skills are also required as the role involves working with both internal teams and external clients.
